Organization of our training courses
Our training courses are designed to best align the content with the knowledge and professional needs of the trainees. We strive to ensure an optimal welcome and to quickly guide participants towards their objectives.
Phases of educational development:
Verification of prerequisites: We contact participants to clarify the content of each course and assess their level. A preliminary assessment is carried out to verify the prerequisites. If necessary, recommendations are provided to ensure access to the training without technical difficulties.
Suitability of training needs: For specific requests, we carry out an audit with the trainer and possibly the salesperson to adapt the content. If the request goes beyond the usual framework, we create a personalized training plan.
Training action: We organize the sessions, prepare the invitations sent electronically, and welcome the trainees from 9:00 a.m. The sessions include 15 to 20 minute breaks every half-day. Our training is practical, with exercises after each theoretical point. Face-to-face sessions are limited to 10 to 15 people, except for in-company training.
Technical means for synchronous training:
- An expert trainer trained in teaching
- A recent PC and an internet connection per person
- A projector or a large screen for face-to-face trainer feedback
- The necessary software environment
- Monitoring of learners’ PCs in person and remotely
- Course support or reference book given to participants
- Methodology based on active learning, with at least 75% practice
Assessment of acquired knowledge: At the end of the training, a case study is proposed to review the essential points of the course. The work is recorded and evaluated, and an evaluation sheet is completed to identify areas for improvement.
